RVi FAQs

We do our best to ship orders same-day. However, due to parts delays, that's sometimes not possible. We'll always let you know if that's the case. Most orders will arrive within 7-10 days, depending on the shipping method you select. NOTE: Unless an item is marked 'Out of stock', items are in stock.

How quickly do you ship?

We have a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee on all orders. Please note this only applies to orders directly purchased through RVi. If you purchase a unit through a dealer or third-party retailer, your return will need to be processed through that dealer/retailer.

In terms of warranty, the RVibrake3 and RVibrake Shadow units themselves have a 3-year Limited Warranty. Smaller items (tablet, hub, Towed Battery Charger Plus, etc.) have a 1-year Limited Warranty. Extended Warranties on the actual brake units themselves are available under the 'Shop' tab.

What's your warranty & return policy?

Your order is unfulfilled. Typically, items leave us in 24-48 hours, so it should be shipping shortly. If it's been longer than 48 hours since your order, please email us at contact@rvibrake.com with your order number.
